Thank you for your participation.
The success of any employee assistance program depends on building employee confidence and trust. Individual and family privacy and confidentiality are paramount to the PENN EAP. Our daily goal is to meet or exceed state and federal confidentiality requirements*.
Participation in the EAP will not jeopardize job security or opportunities for promotion. Only authorized PENN professionals have access to EAP records – they are not made part of the employer’s personnel files. Confidentiality has its limits in the behavioral health setting. Providers must take appropriate action if the participant is judged to be in imminent danger – or a potential threat to others.
